This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Rakesh Kumar Bind, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 87 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Kandawa, District Chandauli, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 28.9.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per prosecution case only allegation of transportation is against the applicant. He has no criminal antec
