This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Shailendra Singh Alias Sheelu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 302 of 2025, under Sections 140 (1), 115 (2), 351 (3), 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 61 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Panki, District Kanpur Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 9.8.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that false recovery of pistol and two cartridges have been planted upon the applicant. None has received injurie
