This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ashu Ali, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 312 of 2025, under Sections 137 (2), 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur , District Lalitpur, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
