The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.87 of 2025, under Sections 85, 80(2), 3(5) & 103(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Nehtaur, District Bijnor with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The marriage of the sister of the informant was solemnized with the son of the applicant as per Hindu Rites on 18.11.2024. The informant had spent Rs.25 lakh in the marriage and had even given a Sonalika tractor as gift. 5.
