This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 248 of 2025, under Sections 317(4), 317(5), 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Mansoorpur, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 17.08.2025.
