Monis, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Pankaj Bharti, learned counsel for the private-opposite party and Sri R.P. Patel, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 51 of 2024, under Section 103 B.N.S., Police Station Fugana, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and the name of the applicant has come up on the basis of CDR report which indicates that the applicant had regular conversations with the deceased person. The applicant has been implicated on the ground that the sister of the applicant also had regular conversation with the deceased person, as such, the allegation have been made on the basis of suspicion only, as such the applicant is entitled for bail. 5.
