Present second bail application under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of the applicant Vishu Tomar, has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 771 of 2024 under Section 103 (1) and 238 BNS, Police Station-Baraut, District Baghpat, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Ist bail application of the applicant before this Court was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh bail application vide order dated 19.09.2025. The bail application of the applicant before the Court below was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Baghpat, vide order dated 06.02.205 and the applicant is incarcerated in jail since 13.11.2024.
