Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R., which alleges that applicant had enticed away the informant's sister aged about 15 years. It has also been stated in the F.I.R. that the victim has also taken ten thousand rupees kept in the home. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded in which she has specifically stated that she knew the applicant for the last six years, on the alleged date she went with the applicant on her own and had solemnized marriage in a temple with him and she is having pregnancy of two months now, thus, she h
