The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicants, Gulshan Barar and Ajay Barar with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. 309 of 2025, under Section 8/20, 60 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Nawabad , District- Jhansi. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 6 Kg. 109 grams of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicants and two other co-accused persons.
