The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Aash Mohammad @ Ashu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 222 of 2025 under Section 8/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Chilkana, District-Saharanpur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 13 gm. of Smack powder is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the co- accused Azam. Name of the applicant has been surfaced in the statement of the co-accused Azam. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
