This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Mustafa Hasan @ Raju , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 337 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 109 (1), 125-A, 125-B, 221, 132, 121 (1), 121 (2), 324 (4), 223-B, 326 (F) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/4 Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act, Police Station Kotwali Sambhal , District Sambhal. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 25.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly cir
