The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Aaqib Ali with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.184 of 2025, under Sections 137 (2), 76, 352 BNS, 9G/10 POCSO Act & 3 (2) (V) SC/ST Act, Police Station-Garhmukteshwar, District-Hapur, during pendency of trial.
