Heard Shri Mazhar Ullah, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Haseeb @ Chuja with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.147 of 2025, under Sections 109 B.N.S.S, and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station-Kapoorpur, District-Hapur, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 10.07.2025. First Information Report has been lodged on 10.07.2025 with the allegation that on the information of informer the police party has tried to apprehend the Car then the applicant and other co-accused opened fire on the police
