Heard Shri Sanjay Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Ajay Kannaujia @ Ashraf, with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 60 of 2025, under Section 4/5 of Explosive Substances Act and Section 115 (2), 352, 288, 109 (1) B.N.S. Police Station-Dhoomanganj, District-Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 13.04.2025. In the First Information Report it has been alleged that on the date of incident due to some dispute the applicant burst a fire cracker in front of informant's shop.
