Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim is aged about 17 years 05 months on the day of incident and in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., she has specifically stated that she had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent at Ghaziabad, where she stayed in a room for about 3-4 days and physical relations were also established, now we do not want to marry each other.
