GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Dhiraj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim is major as per ossification test and that perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 180 and 183 B.N.S.S., go to show that the main allegation is against co-accused Monis and that the applicant has been falsely roped in the present case. Learned counsel further argued that there is a contradiction in the statements of the victim recorded under Section 180 and 183 of BNSS. It is thus contended that the applicant is entitled for bail.
