AS per office report dated 11.11.2025, notice issued to the first informant of the case has been served personally, inspite of the same none appears for the first informant, despite revision of list. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that according to the ossification test, the victim age is in between 18-20 years and that perusal of the statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., goes to show that the victim had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent without any coercion or threat and had solemnised marriage with her. He thus submits that the victim is a consenting party and therefore the applicant is entitled
