Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that according to the ossification test, the victim age is in between 18-20 years and that perusal of the statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., goes to show that the victim had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent without any coercion or threat and had solemnised marriage with her.
