Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that perusal of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S., has levelled allegation of rape against co-accused Atul, who has already been enlarged on bail by the trial Court. Learned counsel further argued that the victim has not levelled any allegation of rape against the applicant and therefore the applicant is entitled for bail.
