Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 01.06.2025, whereas the F.i.R., has been lodged on 02.06.2025 without there being any explanation of such delay. Learned counsel has further contended that the allegation against the applicant is on 01.06.2025 at about 09:00 P.M., when the victim was coming to her house, the applicant along with two other co-accused have dragged the victim into the bushes and that the applicant has committed rape upon her. Learned counsel has contended that the medical examination of the victim was conducted on 02.06.2025 and perusal of the same would go to show that neither there is any ext
