The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vimlesh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 196 of 2024, under Sections- 302, 201 and 34 IPC, Police Station- Rajpura, District- Sambhal, during pendency of trial. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 03.6.2025 directing the trial court to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, as per Section 309 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that as yet only one prosecution witness out of 25 have been examined before the trial court. The applicant is a woman. She is in jail since 7.6.2024. She has no previous criminal history to her credit. Fate of the trial is
