When the victim was recovered her statement under Section 180 B.N.S.S. was recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the alleged date she left her house on being annoyed from her mother and reached at Gorakhpur, where the applicant met her, thereafter they went to Ayodhya and stayed in a hotel, where applicant made sexual relation with her, thereafter, they went to Gonda and she wants to live with the applicant and as such shed had not made any allegation of forcible rape against the applicant.
