Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that after being lured and administering some intoxicated substance to his daughter the applicant had committed her rape, which incident did not tell by the victim to anyone, when she informed the applicant about pain in her stomach, the applicant took his daughter on 15.04.2025 forcibly and got aborted her in a hospital.
