GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. The F.I.R. alleges that applicant had enticed away the daughter of the informant and his daughter also took jewellaries and other items which were kept for her marriage. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that she loves the applicant for the last six years, on the date of occurrence she went on her own with him and reached Haridwar, and she had not made any allegation of rape against the applicant. In the medical examination of the victim no external or internal injury was found on her person and as per her ossifica
