This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Amit Kumar Alias Hud , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 141 of 2025, under Sections 109 (1), 352, 61 the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 and 5/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Tappal, District Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
