This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants namely Parvej Shakil and Zahid, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 362 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station- Budhana, District-Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 06.09.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submit that similarly circumstanced co-accused Munna, has already been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 33365 of 2025 vide order dated
