The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Akash Kumar with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.96 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 109 (1) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-AIIMS, District-Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 10.04.2025.
