Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0215 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2)A B.N.S., Police Station-Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant that some unknown person stopped his car and deceased put his window down, as such the said assailants fired at him from point blank range and caused his death on the spot
