Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the F.I.R. dated 25.07.2025 was lodged with the allegation that applicant had enticed away her daughter aged about 19 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded, in which though there are several contradictions but from her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS it appears that she is a consenting party. As per her high school mark sheet she was more than 19 years of age. The victim has denied for her internal medical examination, thus, there is no medical evidence in support of such allegation of rape.
