Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of BNSS, has stated that the applicant had called the victim at his house and had molested her, whereas the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has levelled of fingering and she suffered pain.
