Despite service of notice none has appeared on behalf of informant even in the revised call. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is not named in the FIR. The FIR alleges allegation against the named accused-Vikas that on 12.05.2025 he enticed away minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she left her house on her own and met with the applicant and stayed with him for two days and sexual relations were established between them on her own consent and she loves and wants to marry him. In her medical examination no external or internal injury was found on the person of th
