Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with some unknown person with the allegation that some days ago the applicant on the pretext of leave the informant's daughter to her home and took her in a deserted place where after sniffing her some intoxicated substance he committed wrong with her, when informants daughter told the entire incident to the informant two days prior to lodging of the FIR some people tried to pacify the matter then on 10.06.2025 at about 9:00 p.m. the applicant along with some unknown persons assaulted informant's side by lathi-danda and caused injury to them.
