In compliance of the earlier order dated 14.10.2025, the Chief Medical Officer, Sambhal, has sent ossification report of the victim in a sealed cover envelop, which has been opened in the Court today, as per which the victim was found to be 19 years of age at the time of her ossification test. The said ossification report is taken on record and is marked as 'X'. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. with the allegation that he had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant who is aged about 17 years. In her statement recorded under Sections 180 B.N.S.S. the victim has stated that she knew the applicant from earlier, on 19.06.2025 she went with him
