Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.90 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 115(2), 351(3), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Bhopa, District Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of trial. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused persons Shabbu @ Shabab Alam and Abid have already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2025 and 15.10.205 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.36359 of 2025 and 30574 of 2025 respectively.
