Dil Nisar, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the material on record. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this court on 05.05.2025. Counsel for the applicant submits that four prosecution witnesses out of 29 have only been examined as yet before the trial court. The applicant is already in jail since 10.10.2023 and there is no possibility of early conclusion of trial. It is further submitted that the informant, who is stated to be an eye-witness of the incident, has not supported the prosecution case during his examination before the trial court.
