The instant bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2024 under Section 452, 354-B, 504, 506 IPC and Section 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Kannauj, District Kannauj during the pendency of the trial before the court below.
