The instant bail application has been nominated to this Bench by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice vide order dated 16.10.2025. 2. Heard Shri Ankit Agarval and Shri Avanish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Kumari Poonam Rajpoot, learned counsel for the informant and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned A.G.A.-I for the State. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Criminal Case No.3604 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 421 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2)(A) and 238(A) of B.N.S. Act, Police Station-Shikarpur, District Bulandshahr, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, it is a case of circumstantial evidence and there is no eye-witness account and as per prosecution, deceased was having friendship with the sister of
