Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. which alleges that on the date of alleged occurrence when informant's minor daughter aged about 14 years alone in her house the applicant reached there and started committing obscene activity with her and when her daughter made noise the applicant fled away, when the informant and his wife came to the house the victim told them that about 15 days prior when she was alone the applicant had committed her rape forcibly. In her statement recorded under Section 180 BNSS the victim states that about two months of the the alleged date the applicant committed her rape forc
