Court No. - 51 HON'BLE RAJ BEER SINGH, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present third bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in case crime No. 346 of 2020, under Section 302 IPC, police station Murad Nagar, District Ghaziabad with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. The first and second bail applications of applicant were rejected by this Court vide orders dated 12.05.2022 and 16.01.2024. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant- accused is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is wife of deceased. The allegation that applicant was having illicit relations with co-accused Kapil Nagar or that she along with co-accused Kapil Nagar was involved in murder of deceased, is wholly false. There is no eye witness of alleged incident.
