Heard Sri Puneet Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 175 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61 B.N.S., Police Station- Gangeeri, District- Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person are seen in a compromising state by the deceased person, as such, he was put to death by them on 18.6.2025 at about 00:30 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence.
