As per prosecution story, the applicant and co-accused person are seen in a compromising state by the deceased person, as such, he was put to death by them on 18.6.2025 at about 00:30 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence.
