Heard Sri Ranjeet Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0005 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Etawah, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant has been nominated in the FIR on the basis of suspicion only on account of her illicit relationship with the deceased person. She is simply a tenant in the house of deceased person. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the applicant is only visible leaving the house on 11.1.202
