This is the second bail application moved on behalf of applicant. His first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12395 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the informant/ injured in his statement has made specific allegation against the applicant for causing injuries to him and also to his wife, but at the trial the said informant/ injured (P.W.1) in his testimony has stated that the three accused, namely, Jitendra, Ramsoochit and Mahendra (present applicant) have not caused any injury either to him or his wife from axe, he had not seen them in crowd, they have not abused and extended any threat to them, which statement has been annexed as Annexure-15
