The present second bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 05 of 2021, under Sections - 364-A, 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station - Shahganj, District - Jaunpur, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.02.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24678 of 2021. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation that deceased boy was last seen with applicant is not supported by any credible evidence.
