Heard Sri Ramesh Chand and Sri Vindeshwari Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 27 of 2025, under Sections 140(2), 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station Gopiganj, District Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is stated to have taken the deceased along with him by showing him green pastures whereby stating that he shall be accorded better working opportunities, on 30.12.2024, the deceased did not return for substantial period of time, as such, the FIR was instituted on 20.01.2025 against the applicant.
