Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further argued that the only role assigned to the applicant by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., is that applicant gave sweet to the victim on account of which she became unconscious, thereafter the accused Mohd.
