The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 187 of 2025, under Sections 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Maudarwaja, District- Farrukhabad, during the pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is not named in the FIR and similarly placed co-accused Vinod Yadav has already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.11.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 38498 of 2025.
