The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 158 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 87, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Sujanganj, District Jaunpur.
