Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. with the allegation that he had enticed away minor daughter of the informant aged about 15 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the alleged date she left her house on her own and called the applicant who met her and thereafter they went to Bhopal where they solemnized marriage and she knew the applicant for the last one and half year.
