Heard Sri Ajai Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Qamar Ali Jafri, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mujeeb Khan, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.99 of 2025, under Sections 140(1), 103(1), 238, 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Civil Line, District- Budaun, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. The case of the applicant is at similar footing to co-accused, Ramavtar and Radhey Shyam on account of the fact that the recovery of the dead body of the deceased at the pointing out of applicant and co-accused, Rama
