Heard Shri Siddharth Srivastava and Ms. Saumya Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. This is the third bail application moved on behalf of applicant. His first and second bail applications have already been dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 16.03.2023 and 29.04.2025, respectively. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that incident is of the year 2022. There are as many as eight witnesses in the charge sheet and till date only two prosecution witnesses, i.e. informant and the victim have been examined, though they have supported the prosecution case and only formal witnesses are yet to be examined, thus, there is no chance of any tampering with the evidence or intimidating the witnesses.
