Heard Shri Raj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State, Shri Aditya Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the informant as well as Ms. Pallavi Mishra, learned counsel for the High Court Legal Service Committee-respondent No. 3, and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that the applicant has enticed away his minor daughter aged about 14 years. Learned counsel further submits that though the victim in her statements recorded under Section 161 & 164 Cr.P.C. has made specific allegation of her forcible enticement and commission of rape upon the applicant, but when she was medically examined no any external or internal injury was found on her person and her hymen was found old torn and healed.
